I have spent my entire career in real estate related businesses. After graduating from Saint Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Business, I went to work as a Realtor for Roach Brothers Realtors on the Main Line; developed and marketed a residential real estate portfolio for a Fortune 100 corporation; spent five years with the FDIC selling hundreds of millions of dollars of bank owned property; and for the past 20 years, I have been helping people finance their American dream.
My most important job is to look out for my clients best interests, if I do that, I believe I will have a client for life. Many years ago my wife started calling me “the George Bailey of the mortgage business” because I am so passionate about helping my clients.
When talking with a client, I make sure to let them know that “it’s not about how much you can afford, it’s about how much you are comfortable in affording.” I have seen people stretch their housing budget while others take a very conservative approach. Buying and financing a home is usually the most important financial decision of my client’s life. I understand that, and it’s important for my clients that I provide the knowledge, sound advice and counsel to them so they can make a good decision about their home financing needs. Getting a mortgage has become a difficult time consuming process, borrowers need an advocate, the process can be overwhelming and potentially unsuccessful. It’s my job to be my client’s advocate to obtain and secure the best home financing available for my client’s needs.

With over 30 years of experience in the marketing and financing of real estate, I have the EXPERIENCE and EXPERTISE to work and leverage on behalf of my clients. Combined with a strong commitment to delivering excellent SERVICE, I put all these attributes to work on behalf of my clients. I understand the importance, difficulties and challenges of the home finance process, whether it’s buying or refinancing your primary residence, second home or an investment property.
Since 2001, I have been a consistent top 10% producer in the industry and have funded over $340MM in residential loans, while consistently providing expert personalized care and service to all my clients.
My success is built on understanding my clients’ short and long term financial objectives and with them, developing a strategy which incorporates their home financing needs and goals. Developing strong long term relationships with my clients has also enabled me to provide excellent networking and referral sources for my clients.
